Your coverage begins on the first of the month following your hire date provided you enroll within 31 days of eligibility. If you are covered by another Company medical plan and you transfer into employment that makes you eligible for this Group Medical Plan, your coverage under the Group Medical Plan will begin when you are no longer covered by the other plan.

In order to encourage employees to pursue further educational opportunities, and to better equip them to perform their job functions, the Company has established a tuition reimbursement program. Under this program, the Company will reimburse eligible full time regular employees for the cost of tuition of certain undergraduate and graduate level courses approved by the Company. Participation in this program is specifically conditioned upon your completion of an application form, and upon meeting the other terms and conditions set forth in the Tuition Reimbursement Policy.
