1. Personal Information Collection
Information You Provide
If you have previously worked at SPE or applied for another position, certain Personal Data about you may also be submitted to the Site from existing SPE People & Organization information systems and combined or evaluated in conjunction with the Personal Data you submit yourself, including but not limited to employment history, compensation data, and performance data.
We may use Personal Data collected through the Site to: (1) identify or evaluate candidates for SPE positions; (2) make a decision about whether the individual should be offered a position; (3) maintain appropriate record-keeping; (4) analyze the hiring process and outcomes; (5) conduct employment verification and background investigations, where permitted by law; (6) establish your credentials in the Site for legitimate business purposes; (7) verify your access rights; (8) respond to your inquiries; (9) engage in other business activities, and comply with other applicable policies; (10) process your registration; (11) provide you with information that you request or agree to receive; (12) improve the Site and for internal business purposes; (13) contact you with regard to your use of the Site, and any changes to our policies; (14) tailor content; and (15) fulfill other purposes disclosed at the time you provide your Personal Data or otherwise with your consent.
